As a teenager grappling with low blood sugar issues, I discovered firsthand the profound impact of dietary choices on my well-being. This pivotal realization ignited a lifelong passion for exploring the intersection of food and health. I firmly believe in the transformative power of nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance both physical vitality and mental well-being.
Although I initially pursued a career in accounting and embraced the sedentary lifestyle it entailed, the toll of prolonged desk work became evident over time, especially as I juggled raising two daughters. Motivated by a desire to alleviate back pain, I delved into a diverse range of physical activities – from running and strength training to yoga and kayaking. This journey further deepened my commitment to holistic living and informed my exploration of healthy eating practices.
Over the past 15 years, I've dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge of health and human physiology. In 2021, I earned certification as a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, followed by accreditation as a personal trainer in 2022. Through personalized coaching, I empower clients to cultivate a holistic approach to health, addressing fundamental aspects such as nutrition, stress management, sleep optimization, and detoxification.
In our sessions, we explore strategies to embrace healthier eating habits, optimize gut health, improve sleep quality, manage weight effectively, combat inflammation, and enhance overall vitality. Additionally, I guide clients in incorporating physical activity, reconnecting with nature, and implementing sustainable behavior changes to foster long-term well-being.
I'm deeply passionate about facilitating transformative journeys toward holistic health and feel privileged to leverage my expertise to support others in achieving their wellness goals. "Vida Buena's" Holistic Plan
Our Holistic Health Plan is a 3 month comprehensive approach to wellness that goes beyond traditional nutrition & exercise routines. It's designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit, offering a balanced way to achieve health and well-being. By integrating physical activity, mindful practices, and nutrition, this plan aims to empower individuals to reach their full potential in all aspects of life.

Personalized Health & Wellness Questionnaire: The questionnaire, allows Adriana to properly assess all areas of significant health factors. (Sleep, allergies, working environment, family pre existing conditions etc.)

Nutritional Guidance: Advice and plans based on whole, unprocessed foods to nourish the body and mind. Adriana will also go shopping with you, either in person or over zoom. Extensive education on label reading!

Lifestyle Coaching: One-on-one coaching to support lifestyle changes that promote a holistic approach to health. Getting calls one to twice a week in order to help you stay on track.

Community Support: Access to a community of like-minded individuals for motivation and support.

Nutrition and Wellness coaching will include weekly one on one sessions where we will determine your personal areas of focus and concern, develop a game plan to address them, and then begin to implement small changes gradually so that they are sustainable and become lifetime changes leading to significantly improved health and overall quality of life.
